What we collect

When you RSVP we collect your name, phone number, email and Instagram handle. Your host may also have added these for you when inviting you.

How we use it

• To manage RSVPs: your ticket, your QR code and check-in at the door.
• To send you your ticket and updates about the event you RSVP’d to, by text and email (for example the day-before and night-of reminders). The RSVP form says: By RSVPing you agree to get your ticket and updates about this event by text and email. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime.
• Only if you check Text me about the next Ophsides and drops when you RSVP: occasional messages about future Ophsides events. It’s never pre-selected and never required.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never share your phone number or email with third parties for their marketing. We only use service providers that help us run the event and deliver messages, and only for that.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text to stop getting texts. Reply HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Every email has a way to reply and ask us to stop.
